I was recently watching TV and noticed a commercial that I absolutely love. Rarely to do I rate TV shows let alone commercials, but this one got my attention as I continue to battle the bulge post baby—aye caramba.  

The commercial is for Special K cereal and speaks more to the importance of how we feel regardless of our size.   The actress in the commercial steps into a store and purchases a pair of “sassy jeans”  with less focus on the size.  There is nothing like a good pair of jeans to make a woman feel great.

While being healthy is key, size doesn’t always matter. If your size 14, healthy, and you feel “sexy” in your jeans, than flaunt it. If you’re a size 4, also healthy, and you feel “confident ” in your jeans, flaunt it. At the end of the day, it’s about how you feel in the skin you’re in.
